Quick customer service. Good location - 10 min walk from the metro station. Every place we needed, such as mustafa centre was a short way from this hotel🙂

Near subway station, you can easily travel around Singapore. Great to have free wireless internet access and TV with cable channels in the room. Location met the criteria.
